Phone Hero

Update v1.1: Fixed Strum button rate limit; there's no longer a limited tap speed, and can now tap with multiple fingers. Also added a Toggle for Swiping(off by default) in the Editor, so if you want you can now swipe to strum instead of tapping.

Phone Hero creates a server you can connect to with your Phone via Browser (Safari, Chrome, Etc.), that gives you cool buttons to press that transfer to your computer with BARLEY ANY LATENCY! (depends on how strong your wifi is). Works with Iphone(tested on and layed out for my Iphone, 14 ProMax) and Android(tested it on my moms crappy Android, Samsung something, works perfectly as well). I haven't tested it on Ipad yet but i might soon. On your phone I recommend turning off auto rotate and turning off notifications while playing.

it's recommended to use your left hand under your phone to press the buttons from the left side and sideways (like a guitar neck) and your right index finger to strum, but you can ALSO customize your button layout in the editor such as;

Dragging Buttons, Sizing Buttons, and Toggling the cool clicky noises! you can also save your layout, load your layout for next time (noise toggle dosen't save so you have to turn it on each time) and load the default layout if you change your mind.

Suspicions: This was originally a python script that I later turned into a full on application, and it uses your wifi to create a local server for your phone to connect to your computer. Windows Protector Does ask for permission when starting server for first time. It USEd to create a local server link with the IP address, but I switched it to Computer Name for the link (still do recommend not sharing the link publicaly). I scanned it through Virus Total and it came back as some false reports and looked into it. Turns out pyinstaller(what i used to pack file into EXE, and what is commonly used) gets triggered for false flags constantly, even if the scripts are harmless, so let me be clear. THIS IS NOT A VIRUS. I use the script to play Clone Hero pretty much Always now, I wouldn't posion my own watering well, that's stupid. This was made with the soul intent on having a fun way to play Clone Hero without a controller. NOTHING MORE!
